Clay County Residents Directory is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and directory collections concerning people who live or have lived in Clay County, Missouri. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with an office, court, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or anything located through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions involving credit, employment, tenant screening, or insurance
- Scrape, copy, or republish service content at scale
- Disrupt the service’s operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Agency
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither this service nor a result from a linked tool is a consumer report.
